This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ARCHSUN LLC (“ARCHSUN LLC”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website and the Archonia game service (the “Service”), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 17 September 2026.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account data — username, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and your language preference.
- Purchase data — the packages you buy, the amount, the currency, the payment method used and the resulting order records. Card numbers go directly to our payment processors; we never receive or store them.
- Support data — the content of support tickets, replies and any files you attach.
- Game data — characters, progress, inventory, guild membership, chat messages, trades and other in-game activity.
Information collected automatically:
- Log and device data — IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, operating system, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- Security and anti-cheat data — login attempts, session records, and signals used to detect bots, multi-accounting, fraud and account takeover.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 4.
Information from third parties: our payment processors tell us whether a payment succeeded, along with limited details such as the last four digits of a card, the issuing country, and any fraud or chargeback signals. Google reCAPTCHA returns a risk score for form submissions.
2. Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To run the Service — create and maintain your account, deliver purchased items, save progress, provide support. Necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To take payment — process orders, prevent duplicate and fraudulent charges, handle refunds and chargebacks. Contract performance and legal obligation.
- To keep the game fair and secure — detect cheating, botting, exploits, fraud and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms of Use. Our legitimate interest in a secure, fair service.
- To communicate with you — account confirmations, password resets, ticket replies and service notices. Contract performance.
- To send optional updates — newsletters and event announcements, only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message. Your consent.
- To improve the Service — understand which features are used and diagnose problems. Our legitimate interest.
- To comply with law — tax and accounting records, and responding to lawful requests. Legal obligation.
3. We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other US state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, protect forms against abuse, and measure aggregate usage. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Service will stop working if you block the necessary ones.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Payment service providers, to take payment and to investigate disputes and chargebacks.
- Email delivery providers, to send account, support and (where you opted in) newsletter mail.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, including our content delivery and DDoS protection provider, which processes traffic metadata such as IP addresses.
- Anti-abuse providers, such as the CAPTCHA service used on our forms.
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers — under duties of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- An acquirer, if the business or its assets are sold or reorganized; we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
Some in-game information is visible to other players by design: your character names, guild, rankings, public chat and trades. Treat those as public.
6. Where your information is processed
ARCHSUN LLC is established in the United States, but the Service's game servers, database and support systems are operated outside the United States, including in Türkiye and the European Union. Your information is therefore transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.
Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with the receiving party.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and game data — for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards so an account can be recovered and so bans cannot be evaded by re-registering.
- Purchase and invoice records — for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Support tickets — for as long as needed to handle the matter and any follow-up.
- Security and anti-cheat logs — for a limited period proportionate to detecting and investigating abuse.
8. Security
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in readable form. Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; use a unique password and tell us at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been compromised.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the account and the information promptly. Parents and guardians should supervise their children's online activity.
10. Your US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you, and the categories, sources, purposes and recipients;
- obtain a copy of it, in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information, subject to exceptions such as records we must keep for tax, security or fraud-prevention purposes;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and of profiling with legal or similarly significant effects — we do not do any of these; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not offer financial incentives for personal information.
California residents may also request the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct-marketing purposes under the “Shine the Light” law. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
How to exercise them: email [email protected] from the address on your account, or open a ticket at /support. We verify requests through your account to make sure we are not handing your data to someone else, and we respond within 45 days, extendable once where the law allows. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision; if the appeal is denied you may complain to your state attorney general.
We honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
11. Rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR
The Service is played across Europe and this policy is offered in European languages, so where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to our processing you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent — for newsletters — you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you did.
Exercise these rights at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and we will give notice on the Service before a material change takes effect.
